Our process is to offer you a personalized training class based on where you are in the process of owning your dream B&B or AirBnB. We highly suggest that you complete a B&B training class before you purchase your property
We begin the process with a pre-assessment, where we get to know you and your goals. We assess where you are in the purchasing process and tailor the training to you and also evaluate your skill level.
We offer online or in-person training to meet your needs and respect your valuable time and schedule. Online training can be completed in 3 or 4 two hour Zoom call sessions. The in-person training can be set up so that we can come to you or you to us. It is a 6 to 8 hour training class.
Both training methods focus in on trends in the hospitality business, choosing the best locations, writing a business plan, communicating to your guests, service, marketing, and keys to success.
Many B&B and AirBnb owners are not 100% sure what they are getting into. Our training also include things you must know before you jump in and what no one tells you. It’s important that you learn how to balance your life so you are always at peak performance for your guests.
